Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Monday to Friday, if we have pedals in-stock orders are fulfilled within 5 business days. Otherwise, allow 1-2 weeks for build time and fulfillment. Shipping times to international destinations can vary due to a variety of factors - in general it should be between 7 - 20 days.

How do I power the pedal?

All pedals we make use a (Boss Style) 9V DC power supply, standard 2.1mm (negative tip/positive sleeve) - not included.
We highly recommend using an isolated power supply for the best possible experience.

What instruments can I use with Love Beams?

The early stages of design for Love Beams were focused on guitar signals. Once we were happy with that we worked to ensure that all manner of mono line level signals (see below for DJ mixers) including synthesisers, drum machines and AUX sends on mixing desks played nice through the pedal. Correct gain staging before the pedal and then boosting or attenuating via the VOL knob is the key. In fact, there’s so much gain on the VOL knob that you can even plug a microphone (with appropriate XLR - 1/4” adapter) directly in to Love Beams and it’ll act as a preamp. Please consult the manual for further direction.

Can I use Love Beams with a DJ mixer?

It depends on the DJ mixer but in most cases the answer is, yes! Love Beams accepts only mono signals in and out of the pedal. For many Pioneer and Allen & Heath DJ mixers send/return channels this is no issue. They send and return mono signals with summing/splitting done in the mixers circuitry. For mixers with stereo only RCA send/return jacks you would simply take the left side of the send and this next part is crucial - on the return use a MONO (TS) 1/4” to dual RCA cable. If however your DJ mixer uses a stereo insert, FX loop like that on the Condesa Carmen we would not recommend using a mono effect pedal like Love Beams… if you’re at all unsure please just get in touch via the email above.

How can I get my pedal repaired?

OTIS will endeavour to fix any pedal purchased, even after the two-year warranty is up. If you're happy to pay the cost of shipping then we'll try and take care of it for you.
